Originally from Mexico City, Natalia is passionate about science, culture, nature, creativity and human perception. She completed her undergraduate studies in food chemistry at UNAM. Under a grant from the European Union she continued her studies in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain earning a master’s of science in winemaking, viticulture and terroir .
She has her own wine cellar in San Miguel de Allende, collaborates with educational programs and has a broad vision of the social reality of rural Mexico including the problems faced by communities working in the Mexican countryside.
In addition to her passion for science, agriculture and wine production, Natalia has pursued: education, languages and the study of human dynamics. She is multilingual, speaking Spanish, English, French, Italian and Serbo-Croatian. She has collaborated as a translator from English to Spanish for children's book publishers and has 10 years of experience in Mexico and abroad teaching her native language.

A graduate of University Autónoma de Querétaro, México, Edith has been teaching Spanish to international students at all levels for more than two decades, both as an instructor at the Instituto Allende and as a popular private teacher.
Born and raised in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, to a family with multi-generational roots in the historic city, Edith brings a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge to her classes, including a mastery of salsa dancing!. My name is Coralie. Born and raised in France, I moved to Mexico 14 years ago and have been living in beautiful San Miguel de Allende for 9 years. I graduated from the University of Bordeaux, France, and have a Masters Degree in Spanish Humanities and another in French as a second language.
